I was awake most of the night last night. Why? I was thinking about what it means to truly love someone. We throw around that God has called us to simply "love God and to love others". What does love mean? What does love look like?
"Love is:
patient
kind
does not envy
does not boast
is not proud
is not rude
is not self-seeking
is not easily angered
keeps no record of wrongs
does not delight in evil
rejoices with the truth
always protects
always trusts
always hopes
always perseveres
It never fails!" 1Corinthians 13:4-8
Sigh...a work in progress that is what I am.
