Richard Wolfe was a member of StoneRidge Fellowship but more importantly a member of the God's family. Richard passed away this week suddenly. Please take a minute to pray for his family as they deal with this loss. One of our Pastor's at our church said this yesterday "heaven is being blessed today". He is in the fullness of Gods glory, worshipping Him face to face. (reprinted from StoneRidge Fellowship Facebook).

Please pray for my mother. She has a terrible infection in her foot that will not heal because of her diabetes. This is a critical week in her treatment to ensure nothing happens that would cause her to have to have her foot amputated. My mother needs a relationship with the Lord. Please pray pray for both of these things.

My son Matthew is away attempting to qualify to join the Canadian Air Force. Please pray these next few days for the medical and physical testing that he will endure and pray for his safety as he travels in Ontario.
June 12, 2008: Please pray for my Mom who has a bad infection in her foot. Another team member needs prayer for her Mom as well. She is elderly and is feeling unwell. Two of the members are teachers and one of the team members must leave before their year end inventory is completed if you could pray that everything gets wrapped up so that these three people can freely travel with all of these things looked after. Please pray for Emily that she will not feel a deep sense of loss while I'm away. We need to be so careful with her bonding that this would not trigger a withdrawal in her. Finally please pray for the people of Odessa that we would be a benefit to them while we are visiting their country.
ODESSA TRIP
As this final week unfolds please be praying for the team that will be traveling to Odessa. As we organize our lives to be away for 10 days, pray for the lives that will be touched while in the Ukraine, pray for safety in our travels, pray for unity for the team, pray for the outreach that will take place during this entire week we are in the city, pray for our families left behind to cope with the everyday life that happens and finally pray that our eyes and hearts would be open to the leading of God in the areas that He would have His will done.
Please Pray for Steven Curtis Chapman and his family:
Maria Sue Chapman, adopted and youngest daughter to Mary Beth and Steven Curtis Chapman, was killed Wednesday night in a tragic accident in the family driveway on Wednesday evening. She was LifeFlighted to Vanderbilt Children's Hospital but for only reasons God can explain she went home to Him... not to Franklin as we all so desperately wanted.
Your prayers are needed for all in the Chapman family. This is a family who has so generously loved and given to so many. Just hours before this close knit family was celebrating the engagement of the oldest daughter Emily Chapman, and were just hours away from a graduation party marking Caleb Chapman's completion of high school. Now, they are preparing to bury a child who blew out 5 candles on a birthday cake less than 10 days ago. These words are unthinkable to type. And yet we trust in a God who was not surprised by this and because of Jesus I am certain through faith in Him we will see Maria again. - Jim Houser (Manager)
For those of you that know us personally you will know that the reason we adopted from China was the prompting from Steven Curtis Chapman towards my husband and sons while we attended a concert in Portland, Maine. I am heart broken for this family but trust in God's plan however that doesn't make a tragedy such as this any easier! We ache with them at this time.
